Great Product/Customer Service
We purchased the retractable pergola from Purple Leaf the summer of 2022. The product came quickly and was super easy to install for my wife and me. We needed shade in the worst way as the deck faces the west. The price and quality of the product was great. After taking the top off last fall, there were a couple of brackets that became worn. Purple Leaf customer service worked with me to get the replacement parts sent out quickly. The parts were easy to replace, and we had everything installed in no time. I highly recommend this product and company!

Beautiful Pergola. Sturdy and well made. Purple Leaf is also a great company to work with. They sent me emails all through the process to let me know exactly when the pergola (which comes in many heavy boxes) would arrive. They then kept following up until it was assembled to make sure everything was okay. I will definitely buy from them again.

Looks and works well
It looks good, matches the rest of our backyard furniture.It was a bit difficult to start assembling, but - it's wasn't such a big deal, as once you work through the initial issues, everything else is pretty straight forward. Good value for the money. Similar ones with hard room are 3x more, at least, and they cover the sun even in the open position, so we opted for this one.

This Spring, I purchased a 10' x 13' louvered pergola with roller shades on 3 sides from Purple Leaf Inc. The parts for the pergola came in several boxes and required assembly.Generally speaking, I was very pleased with the design and quality of the louvered pergola.

This was and is a great investment! Our Patio was too hot during the summer and this was a great way to make it more comfortable on those days. The parts went together easy, only took 1 day to put it up. Everything we needed (including a screwdriver) were in the box's it came in. The quality of pergola is excellent! I am very happy with it.
